Job Description
TOZI Counter is an all-day Italian deli serving fresh Italian produce from 6 am until 10 pm. Enjoy artisanal coffee and pastries in the morning, followed by fresh focaccia for lunch. In the evening, the deli transforms into a neighbourly wine bar showcasing the best of Italian wines and antipasti.
We are looking for a Barista:
- Who responds quickly to take orders and meticulously prepare drinks
- Who ensures our coffee shop runs a smooth service that makes our guests want to return
- Who is passionate about exceeding guests\' expectations
- Preferably with experience as a Barista, with a passion for coffee and latte art skills
- Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with 30 days of holiday per year (pro rata) - these increase with service!
- Salary: It is anticipated you will receive from \xc2\xa311.50 (minimum contracted rate) to \xc2\xa315.25 (rate inclusive of TRONC) per hour worked - inclusive of an independently administered TRONC allowance
