Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Assist with food preparation as needed, including pastries and snacks. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and taking their orders accurately. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales. Collaborate with team members to create a positive working environment.

Experience

Previous experience in food preparation or as a Barista is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. Understanding of food safety practices is an advantage. A friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
