We are now recruiting for the role of a Barista
over the Peak Season
. The ideal candidate will have infectious personality and incredible coffee skills to support the General Manager in our busy shop in Cardiff.Responsibilities of the Role:Be passionate about delivering 200 Degrees standards, always delivering above customer expectation Be organised, hard-working, reliable and flexible Create an environment with your team mates which balances serving the customer and having fun
Requirements:1 year in a fast paced hospitality operation Be able to dial in a coffee grinder and maintain consistent shot time Latte art skills Be an excellent communicator with a can do attitude * Have a lively personality and be comfortable dealing with customers
