Barista
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee and tea to exceptionally high standards
- Take customer orders and provide excellent engaging customer service
- Operate high end coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machine, grinders and pour over devices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Fulfil daily cleaning tasks to ensure the shop is spotless at all times
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food preparation and handling Skills:
- Demonstrating confidence and knowledge in coffee preparation to exceptionally high standards
- Awareness of the coffee industry and willingness to progress within it and our establishment
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and reliable team play within a busy working environment Important note: This job position is only suitable for candidates who are happy to work on weekends and be flexible to cover staff holidays and bank holidays. Job Type: Part-time Salary: \xc2\xa311.00 per hour Expected hours: 24 \xe2\x80\x93 30 per week Benefits:
