About the Role

Join SUPERMASSIVE at our brand new immersive experience in Depot Mayfield!

We're looking for friendly, reliable, and proactive team members to help run our

interactive exhibition. You'll work under the supervision of the Bar Manager to deliver a fantastic experience to every guest.

Key Responsibilities

Bar Service:
Prepare and serve drinks in our cafe/bar area, including operating the coffee machine and serving alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, including standard cocktails. Assist with bar admin.

Bar Area Maintenance:
Maintain cleanliness both behind bar and in the space, restock supplies, and ensure responsible alcohol service.

On occasion, you may be asked to provide:
Event Stewarding
Monitor visitor flow, and assist with queue management or emergency procedures if needed, reporting issues promptly as required.
Assist in the smooth running of the installations and excellent visitor experience, such as ticketing and merch stand.

Skills and Experience We're Looking For

Previous experience using a coffee machine and working behind a bar is preferred. Confidence working with and welcoming the public - a friendly, warm natured spirit. A proactive attitude who can take initiative and with a strong team player spirit. Ability to stay calm and positive under pressure around the public.
Bonus points for:

Experience working with families and children in commercial spaces. An interest in immersive technology and experience building.

Requirements:

Must be available to work Wednesday-Sunday from June - September. Must have the right to work in the UK. Must be available for training starting June 5th.

What We Offer:

12.50 per hour, as part of a fixed term contract. Full time and part time roles available - we prefer full time availability, but are open to part time. Shifts will be available from 11am to 2am.
