At Barista Express, we bring the perfect cup of coffee to events, offices and festivals throughout Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland. Barista Express also operate permanent base locations, open daily, ensuring a reliable spot for regular customers to enjoy their coffee.

Location:

- Mobile Coffee Units : Serving a variety of events, offices, festivals, and more across Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland.

- Permanent Base Locations: When we are not on the road at events you will be serving from our fixed locations:

Mullaghbrack Road Armagh - Newry Road Gosford Forest Park

Operating Hours

:

Monday to Sunday: Flexible shifts available with morning and evening hours.

You will be required to be available for shifts on Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays.

Job Overview:

As a Barista with Barista Express, you'll be a key part of delivering high-quality coffee service from our unique mobile coffee units. Whether you're crafting espresso-based drinks at a corporate event or serving coffee at our base locations, you'll be helping create memorable experiences for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare a range of espresso-based drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, cortados, etc.) and other beverages with high attention to quality.

- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner.

- Operate and maintain mobile coffee units, ensuring everything is clean, organised, and fully stocked.

- Manage cash transactions and handle payment processes.

- Assist with setting up and breaking down mobile coffee stations at various events and locations.

- Adapt quickly to busy environments and maintain speed and quality in a fast-paced atmosphere.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience as a barista is preferred, but we will train the right candidates with a passion for coffee.

- A positive attitude, friendly demeanour, and strong customer service skills.

- Ability to work in a mobile environment and adapt to different event settings.

- Team player who works well under pressure.

- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

- Reliable transportation to travel to work locations and events

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 35 per week
