Job Description

The Role

As a member of bar back team you'll be primarily responsible to make sure the bar team gets all the support to help the bar team being able to cope with the busy periods. you'll be responsible for re-stocking of the bar stock and tools to do the job.

You will also be responsible for supporting the waiting team with the upkeep of the floor. this may include the clearing and cleaning of the tables, ensuring floors are kept dry and deal with all spillages and breakages as a matter of priority.

You should be able to interact with our customers and be able to help with all basic enquiries.

this role suits someone who may wish to develop his/her confident in dealing with general public and subsequently evolve to the role of bartender or waiter.

as a general rule of thumb, all our people are nice people, friendly and easy to get on with. it's vital for us to be able to maintain that mindset in the team so if you don't play well with others, please do not apply
