Bar Supervisor
Job Description
This a fabulous opportunity to join us at Chipstead Golf Club as a Bar Supervisor.
To be a successful Bar Supervisor you will:
Support the Bar Manager with the day to day running of the bar, stock management and ordering.
Have a real flair and passion for service, working with quality products and a good understanding of drinks menus.
Have previous supervisory drinks experience in a quality bar environment.
Possess an open, engaging and humble personality, who has the confidence to lead the Bar Team.
Ensure our high standards of delivering fresh, flavoursome & beautifully presented drinks & tapas and engaging & friendly service are exceeded all of the time.
Be attentive and proactive, with the ability to respond quickly to the needs of the guest and managers.
Have a strong teamwork ethic, be humble and show respect for all colleagues.
Possess excellent attention to detail, be calm under pressure and resilient.
Rate of pay will be dependant on experience
