We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a vital part of our establishment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving drinks, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organised bar area.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations when needed. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored after use. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines at all times. Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential. Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding customer service. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to work well as part of a team while also being able to work independently when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 45 per week
