We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Your primary responsibility will be to create a welcoming atmosphere while serving drinks and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers promptly and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering any queries regarding the menu. Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Monitor customer behaviour and ensure responsible service of alcohol at all times. Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management as needed. Uphold high standards of hospitality, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all guests.

Experience

Previous experience in a bartending or hospitality role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Familiarity with food safety regulations is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. A proactive attitude towards helping others and working as part of a team.
