We are looking for

Bar Staff

to serve customers in a friendly and efficient manor. To ensure the expected high standards of customer service, health & safety, cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in the bar areas as a whole.

About The Role

Main tasks and duties

To adhere to company's health and safety policies; To maintain and operate the bar area in an efficient manner; Excellent customer service To dispense drinks to customers and waiting staff; To serve food in an efficient manner to the customers To operate the cash till according to procedures; To document any room/folio charges according to procedures; To replenish stock as when required to do so; To ensure facilities hygiene standards are maintained; To promote and sell the hotel and its products with a friendly and helpful manner; To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance; To ensure effective communication to management and peers; To attend training courses as and when necessary; To ensure that due care is taken for the health and safety of yourself, other employees, residents, customers and any other persons on the premises; Report and where appropriate take action on any incident, fire, loss or damage; To report all maintenance issues and take appropriate action; Setting up & closing rooms for weddings/functions & general hotel use;

Any other duties and responsibilities as requested by the management.

Required Criteria

Right to Work in the United Kingdom Good Command of English Language Must have a professional appearance Need transportation due to location Must have 1 Yrs previous bar experience gained in a quality hotel/bar
