• To serve the requested drink to the customer in a timely manner, adhering to service standards
• To ensure all bar areas are clean and tidy
• Collecting and cleaning glassware
• To replenish stock to the bar, using an appropriate stock rotation method
• To handle cash and use of tills
• To adhere to both cleaning and maintenance schedules
• To comply fully with all regulations relating to Health and Safety
• Comply with all Company Terms and Conditions
• To partake in any training as required by both legislation and the Company

• Being friendly yet professional

• Experience within a hospitality, catering or bar setting
