Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness in the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes - training provided Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist in stock management, including inventory checks Uphold a friendly and professional demeanour at all times while interacting with guests.

Skills

Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods. Basic maths skills for processing payments and managing cash transactions. A genuine desire to help others, providing excellent customer service at all times. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is advantageous but not essential. A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.

To start, hours will mainly be Friday and Saturday evenings. As season gets busier, Thursday and Sunday evenings will be available

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 12 per week
