Fancy working in a pub owned by the community? We're looking for someone confident, dynamic & hard working to join our close-knit team at The Rising Sun in Woodcroft, in the beautiful Wye Valley. Do you have a passion for providing great customer service? Do you have an eye for detail & high standards? Can you greet customers with a smile even under pressure?Then we want to hear from you!
We are looking for an experienced member of bar staff who could be a shift leader to add to our team to help with the smooth day to day running of the pub and our locally sourced food service.
In this job you will form close bonds with members of the local community and so excellent communication skills, flexibility and initiative are important.
This is a permanent position 30 hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications:
Essential - Previous bar experience, no under 18 applicants please.
No formal qualifications required.
Good personal organisation and the ability to lead others and attention to detail. Desirable: A personal licence would be very advantageous Desirable: Food Hygiene level 2 Desirable: Cellar experience Salary: depending on experience and age.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 10.50-12.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
