Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests while preparing and serving a variety of beverages. Your role will contribute significantly to creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall experience of our patrons.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, utilising basic maths skills for billing purposes.

Skills

Proven experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, with bartending skills being an advantage. Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, demonstrating a friendly and helpful attitude towards guests. Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain high hygiene standards. Basic maths skills for processing payments and managing tabs effectively. A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding customer service is essential.
