Job Summary:
The Liverpool Arms in Conwy are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team in providing exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in bartending and a passion for delivering top-notch hospitality,
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages to customers following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently
- Monitor customer needs and promptly address any issues or requests
Experience:
- Previous experience in bartending
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Hospitality-driven mindset to ensure customer satisfaction
