Bar Person

• Pay - \xc2\xa310.42 per hour (\xc2\xa321,673 per year for a full time role
• Plus up to \xc2\xa37,600 per year in tips (paid weekly, based on last years earnings)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bar Person to join our friendly team at our lovely Rick Stein Bistro in the heart of Padstow, Cornwall.

What you\'ll be getting up to

• Creating beautiful drinks and cocktails for our guests
• Recommending drinks pairings with food
• Preparing the bar for a smooth service
• Supporting the bar manager
• Maintaining stock levels

Our Story

Rick and Jill Stein started our family run business back in 1975, and today we employ over 600 happy staff. The business has grown from the first flagship Seafood Restaurant in Padstow to 10 restaurants across the south of England, plus hotel rooms, cookery school, shops and an online shop. Rick and Jill are still heavily involved in the business, as are their three sons Ed, Jack and Charlie.

Good to know...

• Parking \xe2\x80\x93 there is plenty of free parking available in Padstow.
• Travel to work \xe2\x80\x93 Padstow is on the bus route from Bodmin, Wadebridge and Newquay with regular buses throughout the day.
• You can cycle safely to work from Bodmin and Wadebridge to Padstow along the Camel Trail.
• Uniform - You\xe2\x80\x99ll need smart black shoes and black trousers. We will provide you with a black shirt and apron

About Company: St Petroc\xe2\x80\x99s Bistro was the second of Rick Stein and Jill Stein\xe2\x80\x99s restaurants opened in 1988. Our Bistro has grown over the years specialising in bistro food from Britain, France, Spain and Italy. In 2016 Ruby\xe2\x80\x99s Bar was opened next door to St Petroc\xe2\x80\x99s Bistro, our front of house team enjoy looking after guests at both St Petroc\xe2\x80\x99s Bistro and Ruby\xe2\x80\x99s Bar.
