The Role:

As a Bar Manager @ The Rake & Riddle, Penclawdd, you'll support the Operations Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant/bar to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and motivating the team to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards.

Overseeing inventory management, ordering supplies.

Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner

Collaborating with the Operations Manager to develop and implement business strategies and promotional activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not mandatory, the following attributes would be advantageous: Passion for Welsh culture and hospitality.

Previous experience in a management role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work well in a team environment and handle high-pressure situations effectively.

Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic hospitality setting.
