We're looking for a Bar Manager who leads with warmth, confidence, and a passion for heartfelt hospitality. Working closely with the AGM and General Manager, you'll guide the bar team to deliver great drinks and memorable guest experiences every time.

What you'll do:

Lead bar service with energy, care, and a guest-first attitude Train and develop the team, with a focus on confidence, consistency, and growth Manage rotas, stock, and ordering efficiently and in line with budget Support recruitment, onboarding, and regular check-ins to help the team thrive Deliver clear, motivating team briefs and maintain high service standards Help create a culture where everyone feels welcome, supported, and valued

What we're looking for:

Bar management experience in a quality-driven, fast-paced environment A natural leader who brings structure, empathy, and positivity to the team Strong product knowledge, especially cocktails, spirits, and draught Calm under pressure and solutions-focused Someone who takes pride in personal service and enjoys developing others
