to support the day-to-day running of our venue. You'll work closely with the General Manager to lead service, guide the team, and ensure everything runs smoothly--both front and back of house.

What you'll be doing:
Supporting and running shifts with confidence and clarity
Coaching team members and maintaining a positive, professional environment
Helping manage stock, service standards, and daily operations
Stepping up when the GM is off and taking ownership where needed
Being a steady, approachable presence for both guests and staff

Experience in hospitality, ideally in a leadership or supervisory role
A calm, supportive approach to shift management
Strong communication and attention to detail
A natural team player who's happy to lead by example
