We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House person to help with the daily operations of our restaurant's front-of-house team. This role is essential in ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food safety, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong floor skills and a passion for the culinary industry, contributing to the overall success of our establishment.
Duties
Ensure excellent & efficient customer service with best practices and food safety protocols.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and quality control.
Serve on both bar & floor when required.
Skills
Proven experience within a restaurant & bar setting.
Strong knowledge of culinary practices, including food preparation techniques and food safety regulations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with bartending practices is essential & cocktail knowledge.
A positive attitude and a commitment to fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
