We are looking for passionate Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to join the team at The Fenn Bell. The general purpose of the role will be to plan, direct and oversea all bar staff. Ensuring Stock is ordered on time and products and service standards are met, along with implementing and maintaining procedures for maximum operating efficiency.
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities
Performance manage, train and coach staff and assess their development needs
Delegate duties and tasks to staff to meet objectives and maximise resources
Set and monitor quality and service standards
Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages to meet set standards
Resolve customer complaints promptly
Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area
Promote and practice compliance with fire, health, safety and hygiene standards and regulations
Oversee accurate cash-up procedures and ensure necessary paperwork is complete
Ensure adherence to stock control procedures
Ensure all deliveries are checked in correctly and documentation is always up to date
Check stock is correctly rotated and stored to reduce wastage
Stay current with relevant legislation regarding service of alcohol and licensing
Skills and Experience
Bar license preferred
Experience in Bar Management
Working knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Knowledge of cost control procedures
Knowledge of administrative procedures
