Bar And Restaurant Supervisor
Job Description
ThunderCat Pub Diner are opening the next adventure bringing ThunderDog Pub & Diner to Glasgow's West End. We are looking for a full time floor supervisor to join our team.
The ideal candidate for this position will be a team player who is a natural leader that is hard working and organised. This position would be ideal for someone who is looking to move up the ladder and into more senior roles. You will be responsible for the following:
-Bar stock control
-Stock ordering
-line cleaning
-Bar/restaurant cleaning rotas
-Opening bar/restaurant
-Cash up and close down of bar/restaurant
-Help oversee the running of the restaurant/bar in the absence of GM & AGM
-Good customer service
-Help train new team members
