Ghillie Dhu is a traditional Scottish bar and restaurant nestled in the West End of Edinburgh's City Centre, where you can enjoy cosy snugs and watch all the major live sporting fixtures. The venue has an extensive drinks list including whisky flights and our collection of classic and house cocktails. We pride ourselves on celebrating Scotland's larder and strive to showcase some of the finest suppliers from all over the country. Whether it's a special dining experience in our stunning Auditorium or a bite to eat in our main bar, Ghillie Dhu has the perfect menu for everyone.
