Banking & Finance Lawyer \xe2\x80\x93 Glasgow / Edinburgh

Are you who we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for?

• Scots qualified Banking and Finance lawyer with approx. 2 years PQE
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Demonstrates initiative to obtain relevant information to complete tasks
• Eagerness and willingness to learn
• Relevant legal experience

What does the day-to-day look like?

• Advising clients throughout the UK on a variety of transactional banking matters
• Providing legal advice to their financial institution clients on products, services, and other regulatory matters
• Developing skills and knowledge within their clients\xe2\x80\x99 main sectors e.g. finance, energy, technology, hospitality and food and drink
• Regular communication with prospective and current clients on a range of matters and pro-actively developing client relationships
