Shifts, 8.00am - 8.00pm and 8:00pm - 8.00am, as and when required.

Responsibilities:

Support clients in developing independent living skills and maintaining stable tenancies. Assist in assessing needs and risks, helping clients set and achieve goals. Monitor and record client progress, ensuring they receive the best support. Work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals to deliver tailored support. Act as an advocate for clients, promoting their involvement and active participation.
Requirements:Essential Skills:

At least one years' experience in housing, social care, or a similar setting with vulnerable individuals (Young People, Children, or Adults). Knowledge of safeguarding practices and procedures. Strong communication, recording, and reporting skills. Ability to work as part of a team while also using initiative. IT literacy and good organisational skills. Flexible & adaptable approach; able to work various hours when needed. Full EU Driving Licence & access to a car.
