• xc2xa320 per hour 1-2 shifts

• xc2xa322 per hour 3-5 shifts

• xc2xa324 per hour 6+ shifts

Experience - Essential

• RN, RGN or (RMN with dual registration):2 years post qualification - Band 5 minimum

• Paramedic 2 years post qualification.

• Minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in a patient-facing role within a relevant field: General Practice, A & E, Emergency Medicine, acute medicine, Walk in Centres, Substance Misuse Services, Prison Healthcare or Ambulance Service

Licence/Certification:

• HCPC/NMC (required)

• Driving Licence (required)

• Must be a UK resident for 3 years + no gaps out of country more than 3 months

• All candidates will be subject to Police Vetting

Whilst detained, we provide individuals with all their physical, mental healthcare and wellbeing needs, as well as gather any forensic samples needed by the police to aid their investigations. Making careful records on our computerised systems, you will be assessing whether people are fit to be detained or released, administering medications when needed, and working with local Liaison and Diversion teams to address root cause issues that can prevent future crime.Mitie Care & Custody is the market-leader in outsourced Police services in the UK.
