Your role as an IV Community Nurse\xe2\x80\xa6

\xc2\xb7 Visiting patients in their homes to deliver TPN and IV services

\xc2\xb7 Empowering patients to feel comfortable in managing their own care (where possible)

\xc2\xb7 You will be a key point of contact for patients throughout their care

Your skills and experience\xe2\x80\xa6

\xc2\xb7 Valid NMC PIN

\xc2\xb7 Clinical mindset/experience

\xc2\xb7 Flexible to travel across your region

Community and TPN experience would also be great however don\'t be put off if this is something you haven\'t explored yet, we may be the right fit for each other without this.
