Bank Healthcare Assistant
Job Description
Working at Severn Hospice you are given the time to care and we're looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants to join our Hospice at Home community nursing team on a flexible basis (preferred minimum of two shifts per month).
With your friendly, empathetic and professional approach, you will work in a highly rewarding area of nursing, providing person-centred palliative care to patients in their own homes within the Ceredigion and North & South Powys area.
As a valued member of our caring and expert clinical team, you will play a vital role in meeting the holistic needs of those we support, including patients' families and carers.
