Job Purpose Contribute to a high quality catering experience within Dean Castle Country Park Treehouse Cafe and other leisure sites in order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of East Ayrshire Leisure\'s Strategic Vision. Your enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer care within the catering sector will ensure a warm and welcoming environment is provided within our caf\xc3\xa9 venues and hospitality settings. You will be driven by a commitment to deliver outstanding services within busy, tourist attractions and other event settings, whilst maintaining the highest level of standards and contributing to an overall excellent customer experience. Duties of this post include, but not limited to: 1. Enhance the customer experience by delivering outstanding customer service. 2. Assist with food preparation activities ensuring food health and safety regulations are adhered to. 3. Clean, sanitise and set up dining area by arranging chairs, tables and displays as directed by the Development Co-ordinator - Catering & Retail. 4. Ensure all work areas including stores are kept clean and tidy. 5. Manage orders and inventory to ensure all stock, supplies and materials are procured timeously. 6. Loading and unloading food, tableware and catering supplies as required. 7. In addition to Health & Safety processes outlined within the , you will have responsibility for adherence to all legislation and guidance including food hygiene and intolerances.
