Band 6 QA Pharmacist - 36K - 43K - HSCNII am currently accepting applications from pharmacists (ideally quality assurance but not essential) to work within a clinical settingPrincipal Duties:Assess microbiological environmental data to determine compliance of unlicensed aseptic and licensed manufacturing units with relevant standards. To implement corrective actions as necessary.- Act as a releasing officer for over labelled and pack down products by the Regional NHS Manufacturing Unit- Participate in the investigation and reporting of defective pharmaceutical and medical and surgical products in accordance with relevant national, regional and local procedures.- Assist in the risk assessments of unlicensed medicinal products.The role
This role will be based in Belfast on a full-time basis where you will be working as part of a team & have delegated responsibility or designated aspects of of the Regional Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Service.Eligibility Criteria
- MPharm - essential
- Member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland (PSNI), or eligible for membership
- Have an understanding of legislation and guidance relevant to GMP.
- Ability to motivate self and others.
- Evidence of team working and building working relationships.
- Have effective communication skills, both oral and written which will meet needs of the post in full.
- Right to Work in UK/Northern Ireland
