: Band 6 Pharmacy TechniciansContract Pattern
: Monday to Friday (No weekends required) - Role Share AvailableShift patterns
: 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm (on a Rota basis)Contract Duration
: 6 months (May to October/November)Duties Include:
Close working with Clinical Pharmacists Medicines reconciliation for all new admissions Key member of the MDT Counselling patients prescribed high risk medicines Near patient TTA dispensing
Experience Required:
Registration with GPhC Recent, NHS hospital experience Medicine Reconciliation experience Patient Counselling experience * Multi-Disciplinary Team working experience
