South Wiltshire - Base Location flexible depending on applicant.The integrated Community Neurology and Stroke Service are looking for an enthusiastic Band 6 Occupational Therapist to support the team in delivering rehabilitation to patients with neurological conditions.You will be working with a supportive multidisciplinary team comprising Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Rehabilitation Assistants and within the wider team working with a range of providers and disciplines.The team see a variety of patient conditions providing varying stages of rehabilitation and maintenance input, including end of life support.This role will be based in the community in South Wiltshire although a degree of flexibility will be required depending on service demands.This is an exciting opportunity to work with our dedicated and experienced therapists.
