We are looking to recruit enthusiastic Registered Nurses to come and join our amazing nursing team on ward 515 at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Ward 515 is a 36 bedded acute respiratory ward specialising in many different complex respiratory conditions including COPD, asthma, bronchiectasis and ILD. The Level 2 Respiratory Support Unit provides high dependency care for Non-Invasive Ventilation. Whilst the ward is fast paced, we work as a team to provide a high standard of care to our patients.
This is an opportunity to join a team dedicated to delivering compassionate person-centred care. The successful candidate must be dynamic, possess excellent communication skills and have a high sense of professionalism and a strong belief in the value of teamwork. You will be working alongside a team of excellent specialist respiratory nurses, consultants, specialist physio and occupational therapists.
As a new member of the team, despite how much training you have had in the past, you will be fully supported by our dedicated clinical education team, allowing you to build on your existing nursing skills for your future career and development within Respiratory Nursing. Study days will be readily available, developing your competencies in all areas of Respiratory Nursing.
