Eden Brown have an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 or 6 Occupational Therapist to join the hospital team at Haywood Hospital in Stoke.

As an Occupational Therapist on the team you will work within the Therapy services at Haywood Hospital - Stoke.

The role will be working either on the wards or across community settings within the S-O-T / North Staffs areas.

You will predominantly working within the D2A (discharge to assess), stroke & / or rehab medicine services either hospital, community or care facilities providing rapid assessment, therapy programmes and discharge planning.

The role is fast paced and require a confident, enthusiastic and committed professional.

The role can be flexible with shift patterns, longer days and can be part time if that mean more options available and may be asked to work across week / weekend rota.
