- Provide high-quality, patient-centred care to patients within the Escalation Unit.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for a diverse range of patients with varying needs.
- Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the unit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Participate in ongoing professional development.
- NMC Registered Adult Nurse.
- Experience working in an emergency care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
