Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team in preparing delicious baked goods for our customers within our family business. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality desserts, cakes, sponges, biscuits and traybakes, in a fast-paced kitchen / bakery environment.

Duties:

- Prepare and bake a variety of sweet bakery goods

- Follow recipes and adhere to food safety standards

- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers

- Monitor baking process to ensure goods are baked to perfection

- Decorate cakes and pastries as required

- Maintain a clean and organised workspace

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Baker in a restaurant or bakery setting

- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology

- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment

- Familiarity with food safety regulations

- Strong attention to detail and passion for creating high-quality baked goods

- Ability to work collaboratively with other kitchen staff members
