About the Role

We are seeking a Back End Engineer to join our growing tech team. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Senior Engineers to help design and develop core systems that power intelligent, data-driven applications.


This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years' experience who is eager to learn, take ownership, and contribute to high-performance systems from day one.

Key Responsibilities

? Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing back-end systems


? Collaborate with Data Scientists and Product teams to support AI-based features


? Develop RESTful APIs and microservices that integrate seamlessly with front-end and data platforms


? Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using best practices


? Assist in optimizing storage and database solutions (SQL and NoSQL)


? Contribute to cloud-based deployments and CI/CD pipelines


? Troubleshoot bugs and performance bottlenecks, delivering effective solutions


? Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to system improvements

What We're Looking For

? Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)


? 1-2 years of experience in back-end development or similar technical roles


? Proficiency in Python, Java, or Node.js, and familiarity with back-end frameworks


? Knowledge of database management (SQL/NoSQL) and system architecture principles


? Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices


? Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)


? A proactive, curious mindset with strong problem-solving skills


? Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams

Preferred (But Not Essential)

Previous experience in a SaaS or tech startup environment


Understanding of back-end security best practices


Exposure to AI/ML concepts and working with Data Science teams


Excellent written and verbal communication skills
