About the role

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a motivated and dynamic B2B marketeer who will support our initiatives across: PR and communications, CRM, account-based marketing and more. Reporting directly to our VP Community, you\xe2\x80\x99ll play a key role in creating and executing our demand generation strategy and implementing initiatives from start to finish.

As this is a new team we\xe2\x80\x99re building, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be pivotal in setting the strategy and helping to shape the future of the function at Finimize!

• As this is a generalist role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll touch all the areas of marketing: from growing the top of the funnel, to coming up with nurture campaigns for further down the funnel
• Own and manage our campaigns and apply a data driven approach to each of our initiatives to ensure that we\xe2\x80\x99re learning, optimising and investing in the right areas
• Work and collaborate with agencies to ensure that we\xe2\x80\x99re getting the best out of them
• Work closely with our sales and product teams to ensure cross-functional alignment
• Identify new initiatives to engage with our Ideal Customer Personas and enhance our marketing strategies
• Monitor and analyse key metrics to gather insights which inform our decision making
• Ensure our strategy and tactics are aligned with our brand, vision and mission

About the candidate requirements

• Experience in marketing with a focus on B2B
• Proficiency with HubSpot
• Excellent written skills to support on content creation, email campaign creation and other copywriting needs
• Proven ability to apply a data driven approach
• Creativity: we want someone who loves coming up with bright, new ideas to test
• Adaptability: as a small team, we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for people who are open to new challenges and can quickly adapt to a changing environment
