Responsibilities

As an AV Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind their projects, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of home automation installations in some of London\'s most exclusive residences. Your role will encompass the following:

Project Management Expertise: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless coordination, resource allocation, and timely delivery. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Luxury Home Automation: Utilize your deep understanding of home automation systems, including home cinemas, lighting control, audio distribution, and integration with cutting-edge technologies, to deliver exceptional experiences that cater to their clients\' discerning tastes.

Technological Excellence: Stay at the forefront of the industry by researching and implementing the latest advancements in home automation. Your expertise will allow them to offer their clients the most advanced, user-friendly, and future-proof solutions available.

Contract Management: Oversee vendor selection, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to ensure competitive pricing, on-time delivery, and adherence to quality standards. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that projects are executed flawlessly and within budget.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with their team of skilled Engineers, Designers and Sales team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity, efficiency, and excellence. Your ability to inspire and motivate the team will be instrumental in delivering exceptional results.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience managing projects within the luxury home automation industry, with a strong focus on high-end houses and luxury residences.
• Expertise in AV project management, ideally with a project management qualification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) or equivalent experience.
• Solid knowledge of home automation systems, including home cinemas, lighting control, audio distribution, and integration with cutting-edge technologies.
• Proficiency in contract management, vendor selection, and supplier relationship management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
• A passion for technology and a natural inclination to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements.

Salary:

• \xc2\xa345,000 - \xc2\xa370,000 basic salary (Depending on experience)
