The Role
Are you eager to develop your career in the live events industry? Do you have a knack for AV technology and a hands-on approach? At AudioCP, you'll play a vital role in delivering seamless events from behind the scenes--preparing, maintaining, and deploying AV equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Equipment & Warehouse Operations
Prep, test, and maintain audio, visual, and lighting equipment for dry hire and live events.
Ensure all gear is loaded/unloaded from vans safely in line with Health & Safety procedures.
Manage hires and inventory using Current RMS.
Perform general maintenance and quality checks on all equipment.
Handle returns, checking for condition and functionality post-event.
Support logistics, including travel to venues or suppliers as needed.
On-Site Event Support
Deliver and set up AV equipment at event venues, working solo or with a team.
Assist with rigging and derigging across a variety of event types.
Company Standards
Follow all company policies and Health & Safety procedures.
Engage in relevant training and upskilling opportunities.
Use Current RMS effectively and accurately.
Support the wider events team to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
What We

re Looking For
Previous experience in the live events industry.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
Understanding of AV equipment with a willingness to learn more.
Flexible with working hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends when needed
A team player with excellent communication and people skills.
Comfortable with the physical demands of the role, including handling heavy equipment.
