Are you an experienced AV, Access Control or Telecoms Installation Engineer looking for an exciting new opportunity? Our client, a leading provider of technology solutions for gyms, state-of-the-art sport facilities, high-end retail stores and luxury leisure and hospitality conference centres, is currently recruiting for enthusiastic and energised installation engineers to join their talented and committed team.

As an installation engineer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of full installation of AV, feature lighting, access control and telecoms technologies. You will ensure accurate completion and return of AV asset documents upon installation sign off and field service records and paperwork for customer service visits. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining standards of technical excellence within the department and undertaking in-house training and any relevant safety training.

To be considered for this role, you should have experience within an AV, Access Control or Telecoms Installation Engineer role and hold effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to read and understand AV system schematics. You should be computer literate and happy to use a range of apps and software tools. You should be prepared and able to travel to client sites across the UK and Europe, staying away up to 4 nights at a time. Additionally, you should have a flexible approach to working hours and be able to work under pressure to tight timescales. Knowledge of IP networks and health and safety is essential.
