The Role:

, you will be the key point of contact for valued customers, ensuring their experience is seamless and stress-free. Your responsibilities will include:

Booking and managing service appointments Providing clear and accurate advice on vehicle maintenance and repairs Building strong relationships with customers to ensure their loyalty Liaising with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive and organised approach to work A passion for delivering outstanding customer service Previous experience in a similar role (automotive experience is a plus but not essential) Confidence in using computer systems and software
