Due to business expansion an exciting opportunity has opened up, we are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team at K Motors Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for performing electrical installations and repairs on Land Rover/Jaguar vehicles, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and customer expectations. This position is crucial for maintaining the quality and reliability of our services

We are one of the foremost independent Land Rover, Range Rover and Jaguar specialists in the Northwest of England. We are currently expanding with new premises and equipment.

The Role

Key Responsibilities includes but is not limited to:

Perform electrical installations and repairs on various Land Rover/Jaguar models. Diagnose electrical issues and provide effective solutions using diagnostic tools and technical schematics. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Assisting with troubleshooting and problem-solving to minimize vehicle downtime. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used. Collaborate with other technicians to enhance service delivery whilst promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience as an auto electrician. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring looms and components. Experience with modern vehicle diagnostics and electrical systems. Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact with team members and customers. Proven ability to meet efficiency targets while maintaining a keen eye for detail. Ability to collaborate and contribute positively within a team environment. City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Auto Electrics. Must hold a Full UK driving license.

Benefits

A 40 hour week at the rate of 18.50 per hour. An achievable performance bonus of up to 3.50 per hour. Basic 38480. OTE up to 45760 per year
