The ideal candidate will have experience providing proactive and enthusiastic support to customers in the automotive industry. The role will provide the candidate with a supportive team and a career pathway including extensive development opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Utilise systems to provide accurate information to customers
- Support customer queries, finding resolutions in a timely manner
- Upselling seasonal products when required
- Develop extensive knowledge base of stocked products
- Provide excellent service to customers at all levels
- Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is ideal
- Confident handling customer queries via phone calls and emails
- Comfortable working in a team and KPI based environment
- IT literate
