Team Leader – Loads Of Autistic Fun In Biggleswade
Job Description
Part-Time: alternate Saturday mornings during term-time
£9.46 per hour (including holiday entitlement)
Location: Ivel Valley Special School, Hitchmead Road, Biggleswade
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Team Leader at our Loads of Autistic Fun group in Biggleswade to manage and support our Support Workers and volunteers.
Main Duties:
The ideal candidate will have a NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in health, education, childcare or social care. Relevant experience in running activity groups is essential, as well as knowledge of autism, SEN, and Behaviour Management.
Planning for scheduled activities;
Support and promote Safeguarding;
Health & Safety;
First Aid and accident reporting;
Welfare of staff, volunteers and service users;
Fire and Emergency procedures;
Administration and other duties.
