Job Description

We\'re looking for a collaborative, dynamic and highly organised Auditions and Courses Producer to join our team as our programme of courses expands around the UK and online and we diversify the routes into our membership. We\'re looking for a multi-talented candidate to play a key role in driving our ambitious plans to support, empower and connect young people through theatre as we respond to the mental health and inequality challenges they face. This post will lead on all of our short courses, including summer Intake Courses and year round masterclasses. The role also manages our digital and in-person audition process for our highly regarded membership. The ideal candidate will have course management experience, share our values of inclusion and equality and be passionate about empowering young people. This is a full-time role based at our RIBA-award-winning National Production House (N7 6LW.)

Salary: \xc2\xa334,000 to \xc2\xa337,500 in line with experience.
