• Managing a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.
• Preparing year-end financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Conducting audits, including fieldwork, and ensuring audits are completed to the highest standard.
• Supporting the development of junior staff through training, supervision, and mentoring.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.

Requirements:To excel in this role, you will need:

• Experience in a Semi Senior, Senior, or Part-Qualified position within an accountancy practice.
• Progress towards ACA, ACCA, or AAT qualifications, or recent completion of these certifications.
• A solid understanding of financial accounting and auditing principles, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• A proactive and professional attitude, with a commitment to delivering excellence.
