The Role

As the Audit Director, you will be a vital member of the senior leadership team, overseeing the delivery of high-quality audit services to a diverse client portfolio. You'll take the lead on complex audit assignments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and RMT's commitment to precision and transparency. This role focuses on nurturing client relationships, offering strategic financial guidance, and contributing to the growth of our audit practice by delivering insights that add true value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities


Leading audits from planning to reporting, ensuring efficient and compliant delivery. Managing client relationships with professionalism, serving as a trusted adviser. Mentoring and developing a high-performing audit team, promoting a collaborative and supportive culture. Identifying growth opportunities within the audit practice and supporting strategic planning for development. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


Our ideal candidate is a seasoned audit professional with RI status and significant experience in managing complex audit engagements. You bring strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a client-first mindset aligned with RMT's values.

RI Status

: Essential for leading client audits and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

: ACA, ACCA, or equivalent, with a proven track record in audit leadership.
