Description :

Responsible for the monthly auditing and analysis of Cass telecom customer invoices including mobile, voice, conferencing, internet and data communications. Utilise Cass standard audit procedures and the ExpenseSmart system to analyse customer invoices for vendor credits and cost avoidance opportunities.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Audits invoices for credits and cost avoidance opportunities and documents results by posting finding detail in the ExpenseSmart system.
• Performs in-depth analysis to support optimization activities.
• Presents recommendations and explains the technical details to customers and obtains customer approval for implementation of recommendations.
• Issues work orders via ExpenseSmart to vendors for complex implementation of recommendations and documents order milestones in the system.
• Sets up and manages circuit inventory, geographic locations, and general reporting by interfacing directly with customers, vendors, and account managers as necessary to acquire customer contacts, vendor contracts, client business needs and requirements, documentation necessary for compliance, and overall location and inventory management.
• Provides support to Sourcing and Sales teams in a presales role to deliver superior customer service/support to assigned customer base.
• Other job duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, in particular spreadsheet applications for database analysis.
• High attention to detail required.
• Must be able to organize and handle several tasks simultaneously.
• A university degree in math, economics, accounting, computer science, or related applicable field.
